1. Goods sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. We ensure that items are subjected to strict check before delivery.
2. Please ensure proper measurements before purchasing to avoid disappointments.
3. Reservation is allowed up to 3 days. If there was no confirmation made, reserved item will be released to other buyers.
4. Cancellation of reservation is allowed when payment has not been made yet.
5. Once payment has been made, item is considered sold.
6. Buyers are to bear all delivery/postal/freight charges, if applicable.
7. Free C.O.D is available at HELP University College and Chong Hwa Independent High School.
8. All items will be delivered only after payment has been made.
9. Gift delivery is available. We offer wrapping services and gift cards with personalized message upon your request. Such service is F.O.C. (For a limited time only)
10. We are not held liable for any damages or lost items.
11. Colours may differ slightly due to monitor settings & lighting of the photography.
12. NO REMAKE is available. Each piece is unique unless stated.
13. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.
14. All emails sent are intended for our customers & reviewers who have corresponded with us. Recipients have the right to deny further emails by notifying us.
